British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)
The BC PNP selects candidates through a registration and points-based invitation system, with streams for skilled workers (Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Healthcare Professional), the tech sector (BC PNP Tech), and entrepreneurs (Entrepreneur Immigration).
Main conditions
- ✓Hold an eligible job offer in British Columbia, except for certain Entrepreneur streams
- ✓Meet the minimum requirements of the targeted stream (experience, education, salary)
- ✓Register in the BC PNP selection system and be invited to submit a full application
- ✓For the Entrepreneur stream: invest a required minimum amount in an eligible B.C. business
- ✓Obtain the provincial nomination, valid for a permanent residence application to IRCC
