This privacy policy explains how Odyssée Canada collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this site.

We collect data you voluntarily provide (e.g. via the contact form, the consultant matching form, the appointment request or the display of a calculator result: first name, last name, email, phone, country, message), as well as technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site) via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to respond to your requests, improve our content and services, measure site traffic, and, with your explicit consent, connect you with a regulated partner immigration consultant.
3. Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies, including third-party cookies for audience measurement and advertising delivery (notably via Google AdSense and the Meta/Facebook Ads pixel). The Meta pixel may use advanced matching: certain information you provide in our forms (name, email, phone) is hashed before being transmitted, to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you relevant advertising. 4. Data sharing
We never sell your personal data. It may be shared with a partner immigration consultant only if you have explicitly consented to a match, with our advertising partners (such as Meta) in hashed form for ad measurement and targeting purposes, or with our technical providers (hosting, analytics) strictly to the extent necessary to operate the site.
5. Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and for a maximum of 36 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law. The contact details you enter in our forms are stored in a secure database hosted by a technical provider, with access protected by a password. You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@odysseecanada.com.
